The Office of Communications and Public Affairs at UNC selected ITS Digital Services to build a website that encouraged citizens to vote on the Connect NC Bond and its $68 million UNC-Chapel Hill Medical Education Building Replacement project. The design goal included mirroring the single-page approach used by Connect NC. Digital Services used the Heelium theme with custom styles and handed off the site controls to an editor in the client’s office, who made revisions in content.
